When a seller entrusts us with a property for sale, we leverage our unique Co-Agents sale method, we distribute sales roles among several agents & centralize their potential buyers, ensuring fair compensation for each agent.

Thanks to this unique approach, we can sell homes in just 58 days, cutting transaction times by half vs market standard in France. This means sellers can move forward faster in their projects, at no extra cost compared to selling directly through an agency.

The Collective Selling model got off to an explosive start, skyrocketing from zero to €200 million transaction value in just 12 months and a clear path towards profitability.

ABOUT THE JOB


🤝 Meet Amaya, Account Manager at Zefir.

The Account Managment team plays a pivotal role in Zefir’s “reselling” Business Unit, acting as the bridge between our clients looking to sell their properties, potential buyers, and our partner real estate agents. Their primary goal is to formulate the most effective strategy to sell properties within the specified timelines and at the best possible price.

Your challenges:

🚀 Reach 50% of your homes sold in less than 90 days post-customer acquisition.

🏠 Manage a large portfolio of residential Real Estate assets from on boarding to the final act of sale.

🧑‍💻 Develop end-to-end relationships with multiple stakeholders.

📊 Be an advisor to your customers by understanding their goals and defining plans of action.

👥 Align multiple stakeholders such as home sellers, local agents, and home buyers.

🗂️ Strategize on processes and methods to create revenue and improve customer experience.

💡Identify the right specialist/support resources to bring into a deal, at the right time.

🤝 Work closely with the Sales team to drive business growth.

ABOUT YOU


💜 You might be a great fit for Zefir if you possess
strong communication and negotiation skills, excel in customer and stakeholder management, demonstrate rigor, proficiency in organizational skills, and have a competitive and collaborative team spirit.

Preferred experience:

🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in business, or related fields.

💼 3+ years of sales or account management.

🤝 Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients.

🏆 Experience promoting a customer success focus in a "win as a team" environment.

💻 Proficient in Google Office Suite and CRM tools.
