The Finance Lead will work directly with our CEO, as the highest level person in Finance at Zefir. Alike to a Head of Finance (see our philosophy on titles here), they will contribute to Zefir's financial stability & growth while supporting strategic decision-making.
🎯 Develop a comprehensive financial strategy, focusing on long-term growth and profitability. Work closely with different departments, to align financial strategies with business objectives.
📊 Oversee financial planning and analysis (FP&A), providing insights into revenue, cash burn, and contribution margins to optimize profitability.
🚧 Manage operating expenses & enhance contribution margins, focusing on maintaining a balance between growth and financial health.
🤝 Manage relationships with VC investors and corporate banks. Prepare regular financial updates for the board and investors, ensuring transparency and building trust.
